And because both bars are not connected to each other, you can adjust the distance between the two. Sometimes it’s quite uncomfortable when it’s too wide so simply narrow the distance for exercises like dips.

- Rest your feet so that they would be higher to make it harder for yourself;
- Use it on a flat surface to avoid any tilting or tip-over;
