With that in mind, it’s never been easier to change fitness app and go for one to another in seconds and find an app that best matches your fitness goals and level. And speaking from personal experience, both can change quite often.

I get the whole “it’s my favorite fitness app kind of a thing”, but here are 5 reasons why you should consider changing your fitness app every once in a while.

I decided to mix things up and incorporate other resources. I still kept Fitness Blender workouts for a few days a week because I was and still am a big fan. Personally, my first ever workout app was the famous Sweat for various reasons. One of which – the workout app was named the best app in 2016. Naturally, I went with the mainstream. Little did I know that it’s also the most expensive fitness app out there. If I would never try other apps, I would never find Nike Training Club. Today my workouts are cost-conscious and short.

Follow up with the latest tech trends

It’s no secret that technology is evolving every day. Some fitness apps can get outdated giving us old training styles. I’m writing this article in 2020 and still today I see fitness apps with poor UI and horrible interface for navigating through. But surprisingly enough these apps are hugely popular because they have big names promoting them.

Today, with all the tremendous competition in the app industry, the new fitness apps that are coming out are not only better in many ways but also easier to use. If fitness apps will ever outbeat the gyms, they must be sustainable in all of its aspects.

Example: Jillian Michaels Fitness app created back in 2016 versus Centr created in 2020. Just comparing the two is like looking at apples vs oranges. The newest technology brings our app workouts to more efficient and effective training.

If you just stick with one fitness app, you have nothing to compare it with. We’re living in a world of selection so let’s take full advantage of it.

A workout app can be so wrong for you and you might not even know it. Not only it will ruin the impression of fitness but it might also get you injured. Test and see which one you like the best.
